Candidates go through a practical interview process. Freshers from reputed universities, including IIT,NIT have joined our training path before they are staffed on programs.
We continually upgrade methodologies so that the “product” a partner receives is a capable RSK resource — including junior engineers who have already worked on chip-level integration.
